1. Event Registration and Payments

Commerce Roundtable may offer paid or free events, content, or services.

By registering or making a purchase, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • Payments are processed through third-party providers

Unless otherwise stated, all payments are subject to the Refund Policy outlined in Section 2.

We reserve the right to change event dates, locations, speakers, or schedules.

2. Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through commerceroundtable.com.

2.1 Event Tickets

Unless otherwise stated on the event registration page:

  • All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from Commerce Roundtable

2.2 Event Changes or Cancellations

Commerce Roundtable reserves the right to:

  • Change event dates, locations, schedules, or speakers
  • Convert an in-person event to a virtual event if necessary

If an event is canceled by Commerce Roundtable, attendees will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • A credit toward a future Commerce Roundtable event

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request:

  • A credit toward a future event, or
  • A refund, if requested within the timeframe provided in the reschedule notice

2.3 No-Show Policy

If you register for an event and do not attend:

  • You will be considered a no-show
  • No refunds or credits will be issued

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Share offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Disrupt or interfere with the Services or events

We reserve the right to remove users from events or suspend access to the Services for violations of this section, without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to:

  • Event materials
  • Presentations
  • Videos
  • Written content
  • Branding and logos

is the property of Commerce Roundtable or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce
  • Distribute
  • Sell
  • Modify
  • Publicly display

any content without prior written permission.

5. User Content

If you submit or share content through the Services (such as comments, testimonials, or social posts), you grant Commerce Roundtable a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

  • Use
  • Reproduce
  • Publish
  • Display
  • Distribute

that content for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes.

You represent that:

  • You own or have the rights to the content
  • The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

6. Photography and Media Release

By attending a Commerce Roundtable event, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Photos, videos, and audio recordings may be taken
  • Your likeness may appear in event or promotional materials

Our Services may include links to third-party websites, tools, or services. We are not responsible for:

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
